...an angry Kenneth (from 30 Rock) or Dwight Schrute (from The Office)?

Wow that's tough. I'm gonna have to go with Kenneth. I think he would greatly confuse Dwight with his overly positive attitude and immunity to criticism. And Kenneth's attack would catch Dwight completely by surprise because it would most likely be accidental.

Now I have only seen one episode of 30 Rock, so I can't really comment on Kenneth's fighting potential. All I'm saying is that Dwight is a pretty big guy, and he would most assuredly fight dirty.

AGREED STEPHEN!!! Dirty dirty fighter. It would get nasty. Remember that time he wanted to win the weight loss competition so badly he left Phylis in a bad part of town to walk back?! Or when he stuck Meridith's head in a bad with a rabid bat?

I can see him doing both of those.

Plus, Kenneth, throw a punch? You've gotta be kidding me.

Kenneth, because of the Tracy factor. Tracy always does something crazy to help Kenneth out, whether its 's helping him kick his caffeine addiction or hiring the cast of night court to provide a closure to the original series and fulfill Kenneth's wildest dream.

Tracy always breaks the rules to help Kenneth, and this situation would be no different.
