Nature vs. nurture....

...in reference to personality, what percentage of someone's showing characteristics are due to the environment they were raised in versus the way they were born? Does that percentage alter when we discuss other aspects of personality? Does it change when a subject is in differing environments? Does one's comfortability change that percentage? Are my questions clear enough?

What is so different about America...

...that we don't celebrate soccer as much as most European/African/South American/Asian nations? Consider sports we do celebrate, cultural differences, history, our desire to be different, etc...
