About naps...

If you are planning on taking a late afternoon 30 minute nap, would you prefer doing it before the sunset (both fall asleep and awaken in light), after sunset (going to sleep and awakening in the dark), or on the brink (falling asleep in the light and awakening in the dark)?

daylight-daylight, less confusion.

I always feel sick when I wake from a nap and it's dark out...and I can't sleep when it's dark unless it's for the long haul.

absolutely fall asleep and awaken in the light; but if i do have to take a nap at dusk (and sometimes i do you know), i turn on a lamp so that i will sleep with and awaken with a dim peaceful light.

definitely in the light. i can't get myself out of bed to begin with, much less when it's dark. wouldn't the correct phrase be... much more? i've never really understood that...
