...of these men's eyes hint at their destiny for greatness, which one's eyes most define the innocence of hope?

innocence of hope? Um, one has become a bit of a sellout and the other seems completely disinterested in playing music these days. In fact, I hear his concerts can be quite boring.

Also is hope always innocent? I never understood that phrase. Innocence of hope? Does that insinuate naivete? Like, somehow does hope carry with it a necessity of idealism without reality? I mean, "Blowin' in the Wind"...that seems a little despondent...Revolution...a little sarcastic...I guess I associate that phrase with a peaceful bright-eyed-ness.

What about a young Michael Jackson? Back to Your Heart? That's the innocence of hope.
