Skip this one if you are uncomfortable with death...
...what percentage of death in America occurs in a hospital (if you can find the actual percentage online that's fine, but if not, a guess is just as good)? [after a discussion with EM and friends] PART 2: What percentage of people are in pain when they die in America, what percentage is numb (medicated highly or comatose, etc...) , what percentage overall feels pretty fine? (when you are calculating lets 10 minutes prior to death counts, meaning=if someone previously in good health dies immediately in an accident, they count a feeling good, even if they were in a few moments of pain)

I'm so glad this question made it to the blog...apparently no one has any idea though. The only thing I was able to find from the CDC is that approximately 50,000 Americans die from violence-related injuries each year in the United States. I assume those end in pain. Then add on disease, cancer, whatever and...gosh I don't know either.
