How long could you survive...

...locked in a grocery store? Electricity is on, plumbing stays on, you get an oven, microwave, etc..., but obviously no new supplies. Make sure to consider the food going bad. (Andrew Earl deserves thanks for this one)

How large of a grocery store? Are we talking a standard-sized, big company box store like a Bi-Lo or something? That's my assumption, but I want to make sure...
