...if you get bit by a rattlesnake, should you suck out the poison or does that make it worse? If someone else is around, should they do it?
Also, did I use "worse" correctly? or should it be "worst"?

Drew, knowing that's completely silly it sounds like you have a fetish.
Don't you put a tourniquet above the bite? Maybe not as you will certainly cause the limb (if it's a limb) to die. But hey, better limbless than lifeless I always say.
