Situation...

...you are 1/2 mile from your house on a bike. There are two roads of equal distance to get home. One is flat. The other has a drop and then a hill (you'd get the thrill of the downhill race, but then have to go up), and lets say the down and up are both steep and about 150 yards. Do you take the up and down or the flat road home?
