Ashes to ashes...
...my friend Kelly Byers has recently directed me to the fact that, once cremated, there is a large variety of things you can have done with the ashes. Aside from the urn, you can have your ashes used in a fireworks show, or art, or made into a diamond or globe, etc... If cremated after death, what would you like done with your ashes? (this is not legally binding)

I think I'd like my ashes put into a pepper shaker at Waffle House.
chris, that is gross but a good idea.
i would have them blown into the montreat valley. it might be obvious but it is true. i think my dad has it in his will that i will take his ashes all over the world on a trip and put a little of them in each place.
tossed joyfully across the places i have lived and loved.
